An extremely handy piece of kit that I have been using myself for well over 15 years. Fits a good amount of regular matches and/or storm matches.
• Waterproof top with rubber gasket
• Striking flint secured to bottom
• Durable plastic construction
• Great for camping and field use
• Copy of the US Airforce survival match container from 1944
Protip from Kitgubb:
-Cut of the striker part of the matchbox with scissors and put it in the container for a more easy to ignite surface than the bottom striker.
-Roll a meter of duct tape or Gorrila tape around the container. This way you'll always have some tape on your kit.
